Permanent investor residence permit – Golden visa
The Golden Visa refers to article 20B of Law 4521/2014 and in this way third country nationals who make investments in our country are given the opportunity to reside permanently in our country.
These investors can stay in Greece for five years making investments either individually or through legal entities, with the possibility of renewing the stay for another five years or, in the case that they have purchased a property, for as long as it is in their ownership.
Our office undertakes holistic processing (from beginning to end) in cases concerning the issuance and renewal of the Golden Visa, individually studying each of our cases at each stage of the application with the help of our partners (accountants, engineers).
