Marina Grammatikopoulou is an EU qualified lawyer, member of Athens Bar Association of Greece, with solid consulting and in-court advocacy experience. Specialising in EU Law and European Economic Law, Residence Permits of all kinds, such as Digital Nomads, Investors etc. Within the Greek legal system, Mrs Grammatikopoulou and her colleagues provide a wide range of legal services in the fields of Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law.  Graduated from the University of Athens, Greece continued her postgraduate studies,  at Stockholm University. Marina Grammatikopoulou worked as an assistant lawyer at the law firm Dimitris Vervesos, President of Athens Bar Association, and Chryssoula Marinaki Law Office, member of the Board of Athens Bar Association and President of Migration Law Organisation. She was trained as a lawyer at the Legal Service and the Disciplinary committee of Athens Bar Association and as a legal consultant of the Greek Embassy of Stockholm, during her studies in Sweden.

During her studies, Marina Grammatikopoulou worked as a marketing officer at the leading Publishing House in Greece and Cyprus in the field of Law and Economy ‘Nomiki Bibliiothiki’ offering a full range of specialized publications and services which included professional training, postgraduate educational programmes designed specifically for professionals in the legal field (preparation for the national judge school exams, notaries etc), corporate, government, law enforcement, accounting and academic markets provided also via an educational platform for distance learning.

In 2014 she became a co-founder of the Non Profit Organization “Support Network for prisoners and ex-prisoners women “. To that respect, in 2017 the organization took the initiative to provide temporary housing for the beneficiaries, running at the same time educational programmes in the Women’s Prison of Eleonas (barista training, sewing and training dog guides for people with vision).

While in the Law School of Athens she was actively involved in many projects of human rights orientation, inter alia, she was the Project Manager of the General Secretariat of Youth programme “I can do it as well” by the Ministry of Justice 2010-2011 and Epanodos (Rehabilitation Centre of former inmates), an educating programme for former young inmates and it practically introduced the concept of alternative penalties such as social work instead of imprisonment of adolescents.
